Each month, you submit a sermon for written evaluation. We then meet for a one-hour coaching call to work through the feedback together, answer your questions, and build toward the next domain. The work is sequential — we move through the four domains in order so that each month's growth builds on the last.

The workshop is built around your context. We begin with an orientation to the framework, then move into domain-by-domain teaching with practical exercises, real sermon analysis, and group application. Every participant leaves with a personal clarity profile, a working knowledge of the framework, and immediate tools for their next sermon.
Available in-person at your location or virtually via video conference. Half-day and full-day formats available, with content customized to the experience level and specific needs of your team.
